• Oak Park Porch Restoration

    A new front porch was built to better suit the early 1900’s home in central Oak Park.  Previously renovated in the 1980’s, the existing porch was a far departure from the original architectural features of the home.  A new foundation was poured and the complete front porch was constructed with our in-house carpenters, including a new roof, custom-milled columns, Ipe wood steps and cedar deck, along with a historically-appropriate hand railing which meets local code.
